An Edwardian diamond, ruby and 18ct gold ring, comprising a central mixed cut diamond flanked by two mixed cut rubies, all in gypsy star settings to a tapering plain polished shank, marked for Chester 1903, ring size P 1/2, weight 2.9gms

CR; Diamond shows several chips and losses, and scratching and wear throughout. There is a large chip to one of the rubies, covering approximately 1/3 of the stone, and all rubies shows general scratching and wear. Settings show varying degrees of wear, however the the stones appear in tact. here is heavy scratching and wear to the front section of the ring. The shank shows moderating thinning and misshaping, but no splitting or repair. See pictures for illustration.
