Georgian Tip Staff Truncheon Spotland, Rochdale. A good quality turned example of polished mahogany with brass band to the crown. This engraved with a crowned GR cypher and name SPOTLAND. Length 13 1/2 inches. Small chip to base turning. Spotland, Lancashire is now in the district of Rochdale in Greater Manchester.
