Victorian Cumberland Yeomanry Officer's Busby
dark brown fur, short body with triple silver cord lines. The front with oval, silver gimp button supporting a silvered flaming grenade plume holder and red and white feather plume. Silvered chin chain with leather and velvet backing (some faults to stitching). Tan leather, twelve tongue sweatband. Silk crown lining with gilt "Hawkes & Co" tailor's stamp. Scarlet busby bag with silvered gimp edge lines and lower buttons.
