the sloped front opening to a red velvet lined interior with gilt thread, a shaped cartouche escutcheon, brass swing handles to the sides, on ball and claw feet, 35cm high x 22cm wide x 13cm deep, complete with an associated set of 18th century knives, bearing lions head armorials to the handles, including nine table knives, 27cm long, and twelve dessert knives, 21cm long
