KGVI POSTAL STATIONERY 2d to 3½d small format pre-paid envelopes (EP40 to EP49). A very fine study of 45 + with mint and used and interesting uprated usages, the mint is invariably in superb condition with majority of issues here, used inc. 1946 2½d to Philippines, 3½d multi uprated to Northern Rhodesia etc.
