The picture is framed under non-reflective glass and has not been removed for inspection. The surface of the work appears to be in good condition. There are some flakes of white crayon in the top left quadrant around the white line. It is not clear if this is as the artist intended or the result of later deterioration. The frame is reasonably sturdy but shows wear to the surface finish.
