An 18th Century Swedish 18ct gold open-face pocket watch by J Hovenschiold, Stockholm, circa 1780, no.150, the verge fusee movement with a pierced Crownded initialled cock, polished steel end-piece and linear regulation indicator, signed, J Hovenschiold, Stockholm, white enamel dial with black Arabic numerals rose cut diamond dividers and hands, outer 60 minute band, single winding aperture, the two piece case with indistinct Swedish marks, PS marker, stamped "18k" for 18ct gold, approx. 5.2cm in diameter and approx. 7.2cm in height including the suspension loop, comes with later fitted box, total gross weight of the pocket watch is approx. 105 grams

There is some damage to the white enamel dial and there is a missing rose cut diamond on the base of what holds the hand markers together
The watch crystal glass is in good condition, minor scratches to the gold on the back of the pocket watch
