1914 Star Trio with original Aug-Nov clasp, named 1700 Pte J McDonald R.Highrs, clasp confirmed on MIC, Killed In Action 6/11/1914 with the 1st Bn. Born Inverness, On the Ypres Memorial. With BWM & Victory Medal named S-22560 Pte A McDonald, Seaforth. Killed In Action 24/3/1918 with the 6th Bn, Born Rannoch. On the Arras Memorial. Both lived Orwell Cottage, Crieff. Both groups come with Death Plaques which are very polished and just readable (4 + 3)
