Imperial German Bavarian 8th Infantry Regiment Grosherzog Friedrich II von Baden 1910/12, fine example of a porcelain 0.5 litre stein with pewter top, figure of two soldiers kneeling next to a gun and Bavarian lion figure and shield. Stein is decorated with various scenes of military interest, central image of three military people Prince Luitpold of Bavarian, Friedrich II of Baden and Kaiser Wilhelm II. Regimental details to the top section. Inside has image of Bavarian soldier and maiden, this can be seen when held up to light.
Hair line cracks to base otherwise good condition
