Victorian English porcelain part teaset with café au lait, white and gilt elliptical panels on a turquoise ground, fractional gilt pattern no. 6/669 (possibly Coalport) comprising: twelve teacups; eight coffee cups; ten saucers; two cake plates and a slop bowl.

More Information

2 cake plates: 1 has two 1" hair cracks to rim & fine crazing; the other has one hair crack to rim & fine crazing.
Slop bowl: Slight discolouration to rim, does not ring when tapped.
10 saucers: 6 ring when tapped although gilding rubbed; 2 have fine hair cracks & 2 do not ring when tapped.
12 teacups: 5 in good condition; 5 with visible damage/cracks & 2 that do not ring when tapped.
8 coffee cups: 2 in good condition; 4 with obvious damage/cracks & 2 that do not ring when tapped. Rubbed gilding consistent with age to all pieces.
