A late 19th century gilt framed silk and wool work embroidered fire screen, embroidered with a central sprig of poppies, wheat and wild flowers in a circular border of similar flowers, the frame with a decorative carved border and two married panels, total screen height 86cm high, embroidery 48cm x 48cm. Condition - slight fading to grey wool work along the bottom, small section of carving missing to frame
