AN UNUSUAL MID 19TH CENTURY PERCUSSION REVOLVER BY VEISEY AND SON OF BIRMINGHAM. With a 9.5cm 120 bore (c. 8.88mm) octagonal barrel engraved to the top Veisey & Son for Veisey and Son of 105 Moor St. Birmingham. With Tranter type rammer to the left of the barrel, revolving five shot chamber, the frame allover engraved with fine scrolling decoration, on a scrolling cross-hatched grip. 15cm overall.
