A smokebox numberplate, 44101, from a LMS Class 4F 0-6-0 No 4101 built by Kerr Stuart, Works No 4351, in 1925, becoming BR 44101. A long time Rowsley engine, it was withdrawn from there in May 1963 and cut up at Derby Works. Repainted. (Postage Band: D)
