A cased 19th century seed pearl fringe necklace, the necklace designed as three seed pearl set flowerheads with central old cut diamond, the gilt metal fringe necklace with seed pearl set throughout and tongue and box fastening, within a 'Aird & Thomson' fitted box, with an associated yellow metal seed pearl set star burst brooch, 3cm long

Necklace length 40cm long, fringe 1.5cm long as longest place.
All pearls are present, with a few later replacements.
Claws on diamond are present.
A few pearls with residue on surface, and scratches to some commensurate with age and use.
Tarnishing seen to reverse of fringe necklace, may benefit from a clean.
Fringe necklace lacking original pendant to centre.
Jump rings appear unfished.
Fastening in working order with good 'snap'
Brooch a later addition to box.
Pearls all present to brooch.
Reverse of brooch with minor blemishes.
