A Jacques style Staunton pattern set Chess. In boxwood and ebony, red crown stamps to a rook and a knight of both colours, in a slide top box. The height of the king is 9.5cm, they are not weighted bases. A very small chip to the base of one rook, some scratches commensurate with age. There is a very small height difference in a couple of peices, which is barely noticable, images of damage and height difference now on our website, thankyou.
