A GEORGIAN MAHOGANY BOW FRONT CHEST, last quarter 18th century, the well figured top with edge stringing over four drawers with oval brass drop handles, moulded base and ogee bracket feet, 48 1/3" w x 24 1/2" d x 41 1/2" h (Est. plus 24% premium inc. VAT)
Generally good uniform colour bar some fading to front edge of top. Minor scratching to top and very minor shrinkage split to both front corners. All escutcheons probably original but handles may have been replaced. All drawer rails and cock beading very good. Top drawer with later fitted compartments.
