A cased set of 20th century Russian silver teaspoons and dessert spoons, St Petersburg, Vasily Makhalov (1823-1867) and ‘AH’, the spoons of plain polished form with two initialled monograms to terminal, teaspoon 15cm long, dessert spoon 18cm long, 31ozt, within a ‘I.E Morozov, S.Petersburg’ wooden and blue velvet box, with applied base metal plaque ‘Presented to Mr & Mrs Stubbs, on the occasion of their silver wedding, by the English foreman at the Sampson Mill June 21 – July 3 1872 1897’
