A George V silver teapot, Chester 1925 (maker's marks worn), of compressed ovoid form with banded detail raised on circular foot, hinged cover with wooden knop and handle, 26cm long, weight 17.07ozt

There is a moderate amount of denting to the body and spout, and scratching and wear throughout commensurate with age and use. There is some splitting around the opening of the spout, but no other major signs of splitting, thinning or repair. The knop is slightly tilted. There is no splitting or loss to the handle or the knop. There is extensive residue inside of the pot, and cleaning will be required.
