Rare Mobile Fog Horn.
The "Triton" Bellows Fog Horn used as a mobile fog horn on vessels at sea from the late 1800's. Manufactured by the firm of Alldays & Onion of Birmingham which was formed in 1889 and subsequently went on to work in the motor industry. A scarce marine antique, they were amazingly used by the Royal Navy up until WWII. The bellows are made from oak and leather whilst the trumpet connection is brass.
