A subscribers’ edition containing extensive backing repairs by Roger Baynton-Williams, using acid-free paper, so that the maps themselves are preserved in presentable condition. Printed on Whatman paper, the finest available at the time. Rebound in leather by Frank Brown, bookbinder of Dorchester, Dorset
