Attributed to Adolf Oppel (1840-1923) An Art Nouveau baluster vase, glazed porcelain with a marbled finish, relief decorated of a child among flowers, 19cm high x 10cm wide
There are several brown spots which appear to come away with a fingernail. There is some chipping to the flowers on the design as well as some other small chips in various locations around the vase. No other obvious signs of damage.
