A GEORGE I WALNUT LOW BOY

with a quarter veneered burr-walnut top enclosed by a crossbanded border with an inner edge of herringbone banding, the moulded edge with re-entrant corners, with three drawers apparently retaining the original engraved brass handles, on cabriole legs ending in pad feet, 77cm wide x 50cm deep

Provenance: Ven House, Milborne Port. The interior of the drawer with a label inscribed "Little Ven Drawing Room 1929".
