A LARGE CHINESE FAMILLE ROSE MEDALLION PLATE, Qianlong period. Finely decorated with hand painted panels in classic pastel tones, the central panel depicts a Royal courtyard event with seven figures in traditional dress, within scalloped border with lotus and leaves. The surrounding features scrolls and fans within borders, as well as finely painted floral foliate designs. The base bearing Qianlong seal mark, 20th Century. In good condition. Dimensions: 31cm diameter approx.
