AN 18TH CENTURY MALTESE SILVER COFFEE POT

unmarked, of baluster form, boldly chased throughout with ribbon-tied swags, stiff leaves, flowers and scrolls, the fruitwood handle with an unusual bifurcated terminal. 30.5cm high, 27.8 troy ounces gross

There is the usual age-related surface wear, but the coffee pot is generally in good condition. The handle is firm, and the lid opens and closes well. No personalised engraving or erasures.
