Star Lot : A very large brilliantly vibrant original acrylic on canvas painting depicting a Indonesian Hindu hunting scene with the Bird of Prey God Jatayu in the corner while deer are being stalked. Likely a scene from the epic poem of Ramayana. The composition is filled with bright lilac and purple foliage which contrast nicely with the bright yellow sky. Signed Karmaja and painted in Ubud, Bali. In the Balinese traditional Kamasan style. Housed in a chrome and black frame.
