A 16 bore flintlock duelling pistol by Bennett & Lacy, c 1800, 16” overall, sighted octagonal barrel 9½” engraved “67 ROYAL EXCHANGE LONDON”; flat stepped lock with safety bolt and roller on frizzen spring, the plate signed “BENNETT & LACY”; dark walnut fullstock with rounded chequered butt, oval silver escutcheon and steel mounts, the trigger guard engraved with trophy and with Prince of Wales' feathers finial; with replacement ramrod.
