1930's Malayan Volunteer Infantry Officer's Pith Helmet
khaki cotton, six panel crown. Pointed peak and square rear brim, all with leather edging. Six fold, khaki linen pagri band. The left side with yellow and white felt diamond with black "M.V.I". Green cotton underbrim lining. Leather sweatband and chinstrap. Complete with a separate silvered crown spike. All complete in its japanned tin named to "F.R. Mason". Helmet in clean condition.
