A GEORGE III SLIPCASE MODELLED AS A RED MOROCCAN LEATHER BOOK gilt tooled and titled 'Bath Gift', the interior fitted with a travelling silver and mother-of-pearl knife and fork set. See illustration
The knife and fork are both in very good order and quite stiff to open and shut.
The case is also in good order, slight loss of gilt in the title 'Bath'
Small light scuff to back of top section, the gilt page block has some creases with some loss of gilt when inspected with glass.
The inside holder is rubbed where the top comes on and off.
