A D-Day diary written by A.E. POTTER of HMS CRAFTSMAN (No. 9 Column) from the anticipation on June 3rd and 4th, and to the 5th June when it was underway until 25th June. The lot includes an original Eisenhower D-Day landings official leaflet issued to troops on the eve of Operation Overlord, and two French banknotes of the period.
