Unusual Postwar Tabletop Radio. A 'Goblin' tabletop valve radio, made by the British Vacuum Cleaner & Engineering Co., circa 1947. An attractive and unusual design with a curved wooden casing, two glass windows displaying tuning dial and clock, and four bakelite control knobs. Precursor to the famous Goblin 'Teasmade'. Overall excellent cosmetic condition. Sold as seen, BUYER COLLECTS.
