A George II early 18th century carved oak fireside gentlemen's club deep wingback armchair or porter's chair. The armchair having a straight tall back with deep wing sides and short scrolled arm rests. Raised on intricately carved scroll terminal supports united by pierced front stretcher and H shaped turned stretchers. Measures approx. 130cm x 80cm x 60cm.
