Franked with GB 4d sage-green Pl.15 tied by Jacmel "C59" barred oval cancel plus Jacmel Paid circular hs in red. 28 Nov. St. Thomas arrival backstamp. ED. WEBER & CO oval agents mark on front. Lot also inc. 4 x QV single stamps, ½d green, 4d sage-green, 1/- green & 2/- blue, each with substantially complete "C59" Jacmel cancels. (1 cover, 4 stamps)
