Alfred ARMITAGE (c.1860-c.1900) The Cross, Whitby Oil on canvas, signed and dated '89, inscribed to verso, 34 x 24.5cm, 58 x 48cm framed. This work appears to be in very good overall condition. It looks to have been professionally cleaned with a small area of inpainting evident when inspected under UV light (see image).
