A rare pink Bakelite Michelin employee`s money box, circa 1950s-60s, the rectangular box with a maroon Bakelite base and stepped corner with seated white Bakelite Michelin Man figure, 15 x 10 cm.
These money boxes were given to Michelin employees to celebrate the birth of a daughter. There was of course, an equivalent blue version for the arrival of a son !
