Cook Is. 1899 ½d on 1d blue, block of 48 (6x8), being a complete sheet minus the top two rows, fine o.g. (many are UM but about 10 have slight backing adherence), showing the complete setting of 30 (the bottom five rows). Two rows are affected by horiz creases, but still a very impressive block in remarkably fine condition. Rare, with only 180 panes being surcharged. (SG 21) Cat £1680+ (R)
