A Georgian Mell decanter circa 1830, of squat ovoid form with tall collar neck all in a translucent lilac ground, complete with a cork stopper with a mother of pearl 'Brandy' finial, height 26cm, together with another similar Mell decanter in green with a 'Cherry Brandy' mother of pearl and cork stopper, height 26cm. Both share light surface wear commensurate with age, free from chips, cracks and repairs.
