A rare mid 1800's German style "flat" tender locomotive and coach set. A 2-2-2 locomotive with a 4 wheeled tender and an enclosed 4 wheeled passenger coach, an open 4 wheeled passenger coach and another enclosed 4 wheeled passenger coach, all mounted on rails. Finely detailed with vibrant colours, figures/characters to each vehicle, locomotive with smoke and steam effect. The whole creates a typical scene of the period of early railways. Contained in a small glazed display case. A lovely rare item in very good condition. Train 34.5cm in length. Case 44.5cm x 13cm x 1.75cm. £250-500
