1893 Halfcrown, Victoria. Obv. old veiled head, Rev. spade-shaped shield within collar of the Garter. Extremely dark tone perhaps from storage in oak or similar following a light clean. The reverse with rich rainbow tones and quite attractive in hand. EF. [ESC 726, Bull 2778, S.3938]
