1943-44 TRANSATLANTIC AIR MAIL - UK & COMMONWEALTH: An album containing a range of air mail covers mounted on written-up display pages explaining the rates, carriers, etc., flown by forces' transport groups, Trans-Canada Airways, Pan-American Airways, or the North Atlantic Ferry Organisation inc. a 1943 air mail env. to India flown by U.S. Army Air Transport Command via Miami & West Africa franked with two 50c stamps cancelled with a Toronto wavy line machine cancel and with partial octagonal "[crown]/PASSED/DHC/[?]" cachet; and a 1943 env. to Barbados with a framed "T/50/CENTIMES" hs and five 1c Postage Due stamps.
