Manchester United 1930's Railway Deed, featuring Cheshire Lines Railway Plan of proposed station adjoining Manchester United Football Ground, dated 4/5/1935, with eight page agreement from 1937, neatly written in black ink and signed by the then Directors - Gibson and Shaw; together with Secretary - Crickmer. Numerous railway executive stamps and more notably two Manchester United Football Club red seals, complete this interesting lot.
