An interesting collection of bijouterie to include a wooden snuff box modelled and carved as a Georgian shoe (dated 1782 to the sole) with a crown motif to the upper front toe section and with also studded rope & anchor decoration to the sliding lid, a 19th century patinated bronze of a figure seated upon a throne in Grand Tour-style, a pair of 19th century glass flasks, each with cork stopper mounted with white metal, a miniature brass pestle and mortar, a pair of late 19th/early 20th century Indian-style bronze elephants and a turned circular 19th century wooden seal box (possibly rosewood) complete with the armorial red seal therein (selection)
Condition Report: Both decanters have sharp 'left hand edges' underneath the handles at the top where they affix to the tops of the decanters but in the Auctioneer's opinion, this may well be original to the manufacture
