A worksplate, BUILT 1962 Horwich, from a BR Class 08 diesel shunter No D4144, renumbered 08 914 in 1974. Allocated new to Nuneaton in September 1962, withdrawn from Bescot in April 1997 and cut up by Ron Hull Junior at Rotherham in August 2005. Cast iron, 10½"x6", the front repainted. (Postage Band: B)
