Together with David Cross Gallery, Bristol label attached verso and document dated 24.10.1992 which reads: 'This early oil on canvas by James Doubting is unusual in that it is much larger than he usually painted on canvas. Done in collaboration with Joseph Barker of Bath whose influence can be seen in the landscape painting. The cows were Doubting's speciality'
