Julius OLSSON (1864-1942) Summer Evening, St. Ives Oil on canvas, signed, 100 x 126cm, 118 x 144cm framed. This impressive oil appears to be in excellent unrestored but cleaned condition. Under UV light we can see no sign of overpainting. It is likely that it would brighten with a light clean. There are minor stretcher lines to the right and left margins and the canvas is not perfectly tight on the stretcher.
