IGS GV, bar North West Frontier 1930-31 to 952 Swr Sadhu Singh Hodsons Horse, interestingly a Sandhu Singh from Dadehar Amritsar District was called up again for WW2 but hanged by the British for refusing with others to go to Egypt in 1940, he was sympathetic to the Ghadar movement and became angry with British Rule. He was hanged at Secunderabad Jail on 6th September 1940. Not confirmed this is for certain the same man but an interesting research project into India's Independence movement. Sold as seen
