A Chelsea bowl of plain thrown form. Painted in coloured enamels in the Meissen style with flowers under a brown line rim. Red anchor mark and number 4 c.1755, 14cm diameter.
Long firing crack inside the bowl painted over with a sprig but with deterioration to the glaze at this point. Some wear to the rim.
