A pair of 19th Century Minton's China Works 8 inch dust pressed tiles, each transfer printed with images from the Husbandry series after designs by John Moyr Smith, one depicting a man in medieval dress sewing corn, the second a figure with a scythe, printed in brown and sepia over a glazed ground, relief moulded marks.
Some minor losses to the leading edges and some corners with age related crazing
