Interesting violin circa 1800, unlabelled, the one piece back of faint medium curl with similar wood to the sides, the head of plainish wood, the table of a fine width grain and the varnish of a reddish-brown colour on a golden ground, 13 15/16", 35.40cm

there are several old repaired cracks on the table including a sound post, the neck has been slightly raised under the fingerboard and is coming loose at the neck graft, see images for guidance, personal viewing advised
