BELLARMINE JUG. 9ins tall. Wonderful really hugely variating brown tiger effect salt glaze, bulbous bodied Bellarmine jug. Familiar bearded face moulded below neck, belly medallion & rear handle. Crude slightly wonky lip. Embodies all the wonderful so appealing characterful inmanufacture firing flaws as is the norm! A really fine example of its genre. (9/10) NR
