A locomotive nameplate, KINGSWEAR CASTLE, from GWR 4073 Castle Class 4-6-0 No 5015 built at Swindon in July 1932 and named after the castle in the South Devon town standing opposite Dartmouth Castle across the River Dart. In BR days its sheds were Stafford Road, Bristol Bath Road, Landore, Old Oak Common and Cardiff East Dock from where it was withdrawn in April 1963 and sold for scrap to Central Wagon Co at Ince, Wigan.
